The Service processes data between Jobber and Klaviyo. Wired Messenger does not permanently store or retain customer data. However, in providing the Service, we may collect the following limited information:

  • Account Information: Your name, email address, billing information, and subscription details when you sign up.
  • Service Data (Pass-Through): Customer records, contact details, or other information transmitted from Jobber to Klaviyo (or vice versa). This data is processed only to complete transfers and is not stored by Wired Messenger.
  • Technical Data: Log files, IP addresses, browser type, and usage statistics collected automatically for service performance and security.

2. How We Use Information

We use information solely to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
  • Process subscription payments.
  • Respond to support requests and communicate with you.
  • Monitor system health, performance, and security.
  • Comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with marketers.

3. Data Handling and Storage

  • Wired Messenger does not permanently store customer records transferred between Jobber and Klaviyo.
  • Any pass-through data is processed securely in real time and discarded once delivery is completed.
  • Account and billing information may be stored securely as required for payment processing and invoicing.

We may share limited information with:

  • Service Providers: Third-party vendors that provide payment processing, hosting, or support.
  • Third-Party Services: Data is transmitted to Jobber and Klaviyo solely as directed by you.

  • Pass-through customer data is not stored after successful transfer between platforms.
