Wired Messenger, a North American leader in digital marketing solutions located in Markham, is currently looking for a Digital Interactive Project Manager to join their growing company on a full time basis.
POSITION SUMMARY
Wired Messenger is seeking a very personable experienced client facing Account Manager to lead complex eMarketing projects with organized efficiency. You will develop and deepen client relationships by maintaining open lines of communication. Working closely with the Account Director you will identify and grow new business opportunities from existing client accounts, and foster trust and loyalty through pro-active client management. You will be responsible for client satisfaction, service delivery and project documentation.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build relationship (deeper and wider strategy)
- Drive the Client's digital strategy and lead to flawless execution
- Proactively grow and develop the business in new areas, and recognize and pursue program-building opportunities
- Develop, present and review annual plans, campaign or curriculum recommendations as required
- Capabilities Demonstration
- Product Knowledge (Email, Web, Social, etc.)
- Best practices, Research, Keeping up on Industry standards and trends
- Create and Present Metrics Analysis and Case studies
- Create business plans and actionable targets
- Achieve high client satisfaction levels by building/maintaining a strong client rapport as well as continually providing added value
- Client Communications: Client Status Meetings, Internal Status Reports
- Forecasting
- Contact Management and Meeting Follow-Up
- Develop and monitor revenue budgets
- Billing management, contract renewal, proposal and quoting
- Client Requirement, Intake Management, and Client Outtake Management
- Time and Resource Tracking per Contractual Commitment
- Project Marketing Briefs
- Workflow Management
- Anticipate and resolve client problems/issues
- Escalation / Incident Report management
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 3+ years in digital marketing experience (email, social, etc.)
- Minimum 3+ years working in technology environment
- Understanding of email marketing principles, best practices, and technology
- Experienced in presenting company capabilities presentations
- Demonstrated experience in building relationships with senior client contact, and the ability to navigate up the corporate communication paths
- Proven ability to grow existing book of business
- Track record of leading contractual and renewal activities with senior level contacts
- Demonstrated ability to close business with annual revenues in excess of $50K
- Ability to create marketing briefs, creative briefs, technical requirement documents and the experience to communicate those documents affectively to internal colleagues and clients
- Experience working with developers, project managers and support departments
- Proficient communication skills, both written and spoken
- Demonstrated ability to create and present quarterly and annual reviews to both clients and internal executives
- Experience in forecasting business and creating business plans
- Knowledgeable in data and analytics
- Extremely detailed and organized.
- Strong project leadership and presentation skills
EDUCATION
College or University undergraduate degree in Communication, Busincess, Marketing, Information Technology (or equivalent).
